Delivery and Returns


UK DELIVERY
 

Costs   
Within the UK the delivery charges are £1.95 for orders up to £9.95, £2.95 for orders up to £19.95, £3.95 for orders up to £38.95 and £4.95 for all other orders. Orders over £70 will be delivered free of charge.

Next day delivery is charged at £8.95 to most destinations. This option is not available for orders made from the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands/ Islands.
Deliveries to European countries are charged at £3.95 for orders up to £9.95, £4.95 for orders up to £19.95, £9.95 for orders up to £38.95, £14.95 for orders up to £69.95, £19.95 for orders up to £99.95 and £24.95 for all other orders. Currently we deliver to Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands.

Delivery Time
When products are in stock the order will be normally dispatched within 1-3 working days (there are no orders dispatched over the weekend). Next day delivery is available only for items in stock when ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may be delayed.  UK bank holidays will delay delivery. We cannot accept liability where Royal Mail fails to keep their promised delivery times.

Postal Services
We use Royal Mail First Class, Second Class, Recorded and Special Delivery. When sent via recorded or special delivery your parcel will require signature. It cannot be left in outbuildings, porches, or with a neighbour. If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, a card will be left through your door with instructions to rearrange delivery or to collect the parcel at your local Post Office. Please remember that if the parcel is not collected from the Post Office by a certain date it will be returned to us and you will be charged if you require redelivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase items may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund less the delivery charges  or for a an exchange, subject to our terms and conditions. Please read carefully our Returns Policy below.

Refunds
We will try to process your refund as quickly as possible but sometimes it could take up to 30 days for it to appear on your card.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO OUR RETURNS POLICY AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund less the delivery charges  or for a an exchange, subject to our terms and conditions. You are required to notify us before returning products and to ensure you obtain proof of postage. For all returns requests contact sales @ angelsavenue .co.uk with 'RETURN' in your subject heading.  You are liable for the cost of returning products to us except faulty or wrong products. We recommend that your return is well packed, sent registered and insured for its full value. We cannot take any responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid or where the item has become lost or damaged in transit.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, new, unused, in their original packaging and with any labels still intact. All returned items will be examined upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for any non-faulty item sent back in a condition where the item has been used, worn, damaged, soiled, washed, cleaned, repaired and/or with tags removed. Only items which we can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, provided also that they have reached us within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise agreed).

Upon receiving and inspecting the condition of the returned products, we will provide a full refund, exchange your items or issue a replacement. Your return must be accompanied by the original invoice  (or a copy).  Refunds will only be made to the card you used and within 30 days. Please note that all delivery charges to return the items to us are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and the customer will be responsible for the postage costs of returning items to be exchanged.  We can only exchange an item for a different size and colour subject to our stock availability.  All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting sales @ angelsavenue .co.uk with 'EXCHANGE' in your subject heading.  Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and their condition inspected. Delivery charges will apply to exchanges.

Damaged Products
Damaged or faulty products must be reported to us within 5 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be honoured after 5 days.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are non-refundable. They may be returned in exchange for store credit only.


Lost Parcels
Your order should be received within a maximum of 16 working days after we send the dispatch confirmation email. We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days for UK orders and only if the parcel is deemed to be lost in transit.

Order Cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your purchase of an item from the date the contract is concluded (i.e. the date we send our Order Confirmation email) until the expiry of a period of seven working days, beginning the day after the day on which your received the item. Cancellation is only deemed served on us if sent by email or letter. Your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been opened and used and under no circumstances will incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items be refunded or exchanged. In this case, we provide a full refund on the products and the relevant delivery charges, but you must return the cancelled items at your own cost.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
